What are your Customer Service hours?
Diversified Profits is on Pacific Standard Time. Our hours are 9:00
a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
The charge on your Credit Card Bill will appear as Diversified Profits on your
Credit Card Statement. Specific
items are never listed on credit card statements, and it will not be "flagged"
as an adult purchase.
I like using a credit card on-line; however, what is your security?
Our websites, which run on state of the art Microsoft technologies, use SSL encryption, the highest form of encryption security available. All
processing is done through a secure merchant account gateway which is completely
encrypted and secure.
Why do I have to give my credit card number to view some areas of your site?
You are able to view our store catalog without a credit card, however, to view
our pay site you will be asked for your credit card number to verify age and
allow you to purchase a membership subscription. We discourage minors from ordering
